Love this new Dracula poster from collaborative artists, Vania Zouravliov and Aaron Horkey. In this case, Vania provided the illustration with Aaron adding the type. It’s a 23.75″ x 34″ screenprint, has an edition of 330, and will cost $60 USD. Available HERE.

Gojin Ishihara Book Art
Gojin Ishihara is a Japanese artist who specialised in macabre, scary and downright disturbed imagery for mainly childrens books in Japan during the 70's and 80's. If I was a child seeing this, I think that this artist would have given me nightmares for years to come! His illustrations are both grotesque & fascinating and had me actually thinking of trying to buy some of the publications he has worked on...

A Night Of The Long Shorts Film Screening

We will be joined by several of the film-makers, beer will be a plenty, and a bit of an after party if you stick around.
Two separate screenings, 8-10 and 10-12, so you won't miss anything if you're later.
All films will be screened upstairs at the Rosemary Branch's theatre, minimal entry cost of £2, which I promise you is worth it.
I will personally refund your money if you don't enjoy yourself.

London Grimey Weekend
Had a mad weekend not doing much....here's a couple pics that I snapped along the way.

WTF kind of name for a building is that?

Managed to catch a pretty bad FAIL off my BMX yesterday. My peg gouged out my shin, exposing the bone, meaning I had to go to hospital and miss the first bit of the World Cup Finals...

7 stitches for a lazy nibble on the BMX! What did we learn from this kids? Wear Shin Pads!!!

Helped my friend to move house & this is now his new next door neighbour! Love the gaffa tape statement....Good Luck with your new abode Jerome & be sure to make friends with the Devil!

Jayne Helliwell

Illustrator and friend Jayne Helliwell tragicly passed away on the 14th April 2010 whilst cycling home in central London.
Having known her for some years now the news came as a devistating blow to myself all that knew and loved her. Jayne was an immensely talented and original person that never compramised or took the easy way out. The intention of this post is to celebrate the work of an extrodinarily gifted young lady.
Though she will be sorely missed by all that knew her, the memories will live on forever. See you on the other side little lady. x

The Winter Stalker by Alex Pardee and Stephen Reedy
"Hello, Katie...Did you know I've been...watching you?"
Nothing says "Love" better than a little Creepy-Man-On-Pretty-Girl-Stalking action, right?? Yah, that's what I thought, too. So I teamed up with Writer/Director Stephen Reedy and his crew of technical and creative geniuses and together we produced a nice quaint romantic film both for YOU, and for you to PASS AROUND like the greatest video greeting card ever to those who love to be loved:) Enjoy....or at least get a little fear out of it;) And to read about an insane visual CONTEST that is revolving around this video, check out my blog at eyesuckink.blogspot.com
THANKS!
Alex Pardee"
Alex, you are both a genious and completely psycho! His competition over on his blog is well worth trying out cos the print you could win is siiick!

Alex Andreev Horror Subway

Alex Andreev creates really spooky images of life in Hell. His hell being the Russian subway system. By mixing the two elements of animals and the 'mindless drones' of workers going about their business, he creates an apocalyptic vision of a world that we hope will never exist.
