Touchable Holography
We all dream of the days when we would be able to interact and play around with holograms on a regular basis. However, researchers at the University of Tokyo have taken it one step further. (Trust the Japanese!) They have created a form of tactile hologram. Using ultrasound pulses targeted into specific focal points, they are able to reproduce the sensation of actually 'touching' the hologram. WTF!!
