Kuala Lumpur Amazing YTL Residence
Now and then, a house design will crop up on the net that takes my breath away. This is one of them. The fact that it's been built in the city of my birthplace makes it even more attractive to me as I know KL would be a wonderful city to live in again.
This residence was built for a rich Malaysian family and was completed at the end of last year by the Paris-based agency, Jouin Manku.
It is 3,000 sq metres, designed to accomodate 3 generations of their family as well as be able to hold private functions with ease.
The building includes nine bedrooms, two family rooms, a family kitchen and a private dining area, a family library, a game room, a study, a public reception area, a formal dining room, a ballroom, chapel, 21 bathrooms, a swimming pool, two guest suites plus indoor private and guest parking.
